You are charging my credit card but I do not have access to Discovery Channel I want to cancel and be refunded for the fraudulent charges
Concern of show content
I love to watch true crime, but dislike watching indications of any kind of animal abuse. Can you please cut down those kind of shows. I know criminals abuse animals but dont want to see it on these shows

The customer service has been horrible to say the least. The shark slippers too small despite me going with the low end of the size chart based upon my foot size.
Update your size chart.
I want to return them, should NOT HAVE TO PAY A RESTOCKING FEE and have received no guidance as to return them. Please respond with ANSWERS

I never signed for discovery channel I just saw it on my chase bill. I have been away for 3 months and how was this put on my charge card
Could not get ANY HELP. This service sucks!
I am a customer of Discovery + cant access it, cant get any answers they want me to sign up again. I JUST WANT TO TALK TO A LIVE PERSON!

I got a email offering to sign up for a year paid for year and Im still getting charged 4.99 a month. You need a customer service number we can call this situation has been going on for serval months but ever time you call your having technical difficulties

Cancellation
I cancelled my subscription in December, you refunded my money. I cancelled my subscription in January, you refunded my money.
I cancelled my subscription in February, you refunded my money. After cancelling three months in a row, I didn't think you would have the nerve to charge me again, but I was wrong! YOU did it again for March!
Please REFUND MY MONEY! I am through with you!

When I called customer service. I received a message saying this number is no longer in service.
Which made me angry, because recently I had my debit card have unauthorized transactions.
With that I had to cancel my debit card. I was inquiring about another way to pay for Discovery +.

I tried calling but the numbers didn't work. It did alert them that I was trying to get help and they messaged me.
I answered them but they didn't reply except for the code I already sent them.
No one texted me back except to send me to a site that would charge me to fix it. I didn't do that, I don't think I should have to pay for help with their site!
I shut off my TV until this morning and I opened up Discovery and it was working!

Recurring charges
I canceled my subscription in December, you refunded my money In January. I cancelled my subscription in January, you refunded my money in February.
I canceled my subscription in February, and you still took my money!! I don't want to go through this *** AGAIN. CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION AND REFUND MY MONEY.

I can't speak to someone about my issue. All online instructions and help is not working. I need a phone number to be able to speak to someone.
I can not get my Discovery plus to work on my TV. I needed to change my credit card for payment, which I did, but now I can't get back in to watch any of the shows.
It keeps showing a message "this subscription is still active." And I can't find a phone number for Customer Service to allow me to speak to someone. Very frustrated and ready to cancel my subscription.

Missing order
I placed an order in October, have tried contacting multiple times since then. Its now almost Christmas (9 days out and the reason for my order in the first place) and I cannot get a response from discovery.
I have called every number possible, spoken to discovery head quarters, sent discovery Facebook page a message, tried calling the wallflower group listed in their customer service section to no avail. I just want a refund at this point and honestly they need to shut their site down if they are not going to ship what people paid for or provide an effective way to communicate with someone.

I cancelled this discovery plus on line with a help representative 2months ago and they r still taking money out of my account. I'm not happy.if you sign up be prepared to pay after you cancel it. When I say cancel I mean stop taking payments out of my account
